ADDENDA TO NOTIFICATION DATED 30.03.2017 ON SECURITY CHIEF ON CONRACT IN WRPL

The contractual positions of Security Chief at the following locations of Western Region Pipelines (WRPL) were notified on 30.03.2017:

1. WRPL Viramgam

2. WRPL Gauridad

3. WRPL Koyali

These contractual positions are to be filled through retired Police Officer (Dy. SP / Sr. Inspector) and the last date of receipt of applications was 20.04.2017.

In view of very few applications received in this regard, it has been decided that:

1. The last date of receipt of applications is now extended up to 01.05.2017.

2. The eligibility criteria shall now read as under:

The incumbent should have retired from Police service on or after 30.06.2012, preferably from Gujarat or Rajasthan, in the rank Deputy Superintendent of Police / Senior Inspector. Incumbent should have a clean service record and should have fitness of high order. Preference will be given to candidates having legal background, experience of working in intelligence / crime control / petroleum sector/pipeline industry.

Other aspects of the notification dated 30.03.2017 in this regard remain unchanged.

Interested and eligible candidates may send their duly filled in applications (in prescribed format given below) to the Deputy General Manager (HR), Western Region Pipelines, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Morbi Road, P.O-Bedipara, Gauridad, Rajkot (Gujarat)-360003 on or before 1st May 2017 by 1700 hrs.
