NOTICE

Engagement of Experts and Professionals

Petroleum Planning & Analysis Cell (PPAC), an attached office of the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoP&NG) invites applications from eligible candidates for engagement of thee expert/ professional to assist PPAC in the discharge of its functions in the field of Economics (2 nos.) and Statistics (1 no.).

2. Experts are required for a period of one year. They will assist PPAC in discharge of its functions and undertake such work/ tasks as may be assigned to them from time to time.

3. Applicants should be below the age of 60 years and be dynamic and self-motivated professionals with effective analytical, communication (including technical writing) and interpersonal skills. The details of the eligibility criteria, remuneration payable, scope of work and other terms and conditions of engagement may be obtained from PPAC website under Guidelines for Engagement of Experts and Professionals.

4. The appointment shall be on contract/deputation basis as per the terms and conditions of Guidelines for Engagement of Experts and Professionals which may be amended from time to time and shall be applicable. The decision of the Chairman of the Governing Body of PPAC in all matters shall be final and binding.

5. Candidates intending to join on deputation, on lien or on term leave basis from universities, government, public / private sector companies etc. may apply after obtaining requisite permission/ authorization from their respective organization and subject to condition that the remuneration payable would be as per para 3 above.

6. Applications (as per the enclosed Annexure) along with copies of supporting documents (viz. Educational qualification and experience) may be sent to the Joint Director (HR&C), PPAC, SCOPE Complex, 2nd Floor, Core-8, 7 Institutional Area, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003, so as to reach PPAC latest by 3 PM on 20.07.2017. Applicants who are in Government/ PSUs/ Institutions should apply through proper channel. Scanned copies of the filled-in application form along with all supporting documents may also be sent by email to sunil@ppac.gov.in

Note: Experts will be engaged in Level III.
