|
To survey/ supervise, assist & guide in all revenue jobs related to Right-of-Way / Right-of-Use acquisition, preparation of schedules, checking of schedules, preparation of notices, serving of notices, collection of crop yields and rates, preparation of land and crop awards, disbursement of land and crop compensation through cheques, liaison with administration, police, revenue authorities and farmers etd, opening/ closing of Right-of-Way / Right-of-Use, establishing of Right-of-Way / Right-of-Use in the fields and other jobs assigned from time to time by Competent Authority and IOCL officials. |

Preparation of Notices, Panchnama, payment verification, collection of land/ crop rates & justification, Right-of-Way / Right-of-Use opening, establishing the right of user of land, monitoring and inspection of the jobs of Patwaries/Amins/Talaties/Lekhpal & notice servers etc., opening/ closing of Right-of-Way / Right-of-Use, liaison with the farmers and other revenue personals in revenue department for smooth execution of work, maintaining the revenue records as advised and all other jobs related to the Right-of-Way / Right-of-Use as assigned by Competent Authority and IOCL officials etc. In addition to above, any other job assigned to him from time to time. |

Site verification as per land record / title / ownership etc. Verification of Route Map along with Land owner. Verification of crops/trees/any encroachments and recording of the same. Preparation of panchnama, crop/land compensation, obtaining crops yields & rates from government offices and/or mandies, Opening of Right of Way (RoW), preparation of records and ownership of the crop regarding loss of crop and deprived crop, distribution of compensation. Serving of notices to land owner before RoW opening. Liaison with farmers etc. & handling of complaints of Land owners / villagers/ farmers etc., maintaining the revenue records properly for quick traceability and future reference. In addition to above, any other job assigned to him from time to time. |

|
Notice preparation/distribution/serving and getting signature of land owner on behalf of IOCL. Getting NOC after work completion from Land owner. Assistance in opening/ closing of the RoU, preparation of panchnama, preparation of land and crop compensation, maintaining the records in a proper way etc. In addition to above, any other job assigned to him from time to time. |
The contract period is initially for two years subject to satisfactory performance and other conditions of contract agreement. The candidates must be of age below 63 (Sixty-three) years and must have superannuated from Government Service after 28.02.2014.
