Applications are invited from highly motivated and dynamic eligible candidates for junior research fellow (JRF) position to work in a Science & Engineering Research Board (SERB), Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, funded sponsored research project entitled IMPLEMENTING GREEN CHEMISTRY PRINCIPLE TO FORMULATE AN ECOFRIENDLY MARINE ANTIBIOFOULING AND ANTICORROSIVE COATING USING SELECTED PLANTS OF PARANGIPETTAI COASTAL ENVIRONS

Eligibility

  • First class M.Sc., / M. Phil., in Environmental Science/ Ocean Science and Technology/ Marine Biology/ Microbiology Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Zoology/ Botany/ Chemistry or equivalent degrees

  • Valid JRF-NET qualification

Age limit

Must not be more than 28 years as on closing date of application (relaxation as per the norms/ orders of GOI).

Duration

3 years ( 2y JRF + 1y SRF )

Fellowship

As per the norms of DST, GOI.

Other

Selected candidate is eligible to register for Ph.D degree at faculty of Marine Sciences, Annamalai University
