(ii) At least 2 years experience as Principal Scientist/Professor or in an equivalent position in the Pay Band-IV of `37,400- 67,000 with Grade Pay of `10,000.

(iii)Evidence of publications/activities/contributions to suggest that the candidate has a broad vision/ perspective on agricultural research.

Desirable:- Specialization and experience of research work in Inland Fisheries Resources & Environmental Health Management.

(ii) To coordinate the research programmes of the division of Crop Improvement at the Institute in liaison with other Heads of Divisions/Stations of the Institute.

(iii) To Assist the Director of the Institute in Administrative Management of the Division.

(iv) To conduct research in the field of specialization.
