National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) invites applications from retired professionals on full time basis for the following positions on contract basis for Conciliation Committee, Project Appraisal Committee, Contract Management Division, Legal Division in the NHAI Headquarter, Delhi and Green Highways Administration in Regional Offices:-

The number of positions may increase or decrease as per requirement of the Authority.

2. Submission of Applications: Applications are to be submitted online only. Eligible candidates may apply online on the link provided on the website of NHAI within 15 days from the date of publication of advertisement in Newspaper.

(i) For Conciliation Committee To assist Conciliation Committee in all Technical / Techno-Legal matters related to Contractual Disputes.

(ii) For Project Appraisal Committee To assist in assessing the Techno- Economic Feasibility of the Project and get the projects appraised, particularly with regard to estimates of toll revenue cash flows and estimation of costs.

(iii) For Contract Management Division To assist in all Contractual Disputes/ Conciliation and Arbitration matters.

(ii) 15 years experience in Financial Accounting/ Budgeting/ Internal Audit/ Contract Management/ Fund Management/ Disbursement / Project Appraisal / Credit Appraisal.

For Project Appraisal Committee To assist in assessing and appraising financial feasibility of the project particularly with regard to estimates of toll revenue cash flows, estimation of costs and financial viability.
