CALL FOR JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (JRF) FOR A PROJECT FUNDED BY DST-SERB, Govt. of India

A walk-in/Skype interview will be conducted on January 05, 2018 at 10:30 am onwards to recruit one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on the following project sponsored by DST-SERB, New Delhi, Govt. of India, under the supervision of Dr. Manish Kumar, Department of Mathematics, BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad campus.

Title of the project: Development of an encryption algorithm for secure transmission of color images

Duration of the project: One and half year (1.5)

Project position and number: JRF (01)

Fellowship amount: As per DST-SERB existing norms.

Eligibility requirements: M.Sc. Mathematics/BE/B. Tech (EC/CS) with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from UGC recognized University/Institute and valid GATE score/JRF/NET. OR ME/ M. Tech.(EC/CS) with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from UGC recognized University/Institute. Good knowledge of C/C++ programming would be preferred.

Age Limit: The upper age limit for the above position will be 28 years at the time of appointment. A relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit will be given to SC/ST/PH/VH/Female candidates and 3 years in upper age limit will be given to OBC candidates.
