Walk-in-interview for Recruitment of Three Research Analyst Position (purely Temporary) in School of Economics, University of Hyderabad

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates (Indian nationals only) on a plain paper for 3 temporary positions as Research Analyst in connection with research projects sponsored by HUDCO Chair Programme, Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO), New Delhi, a Government of India Enterprise. These projects, covering the areas of urbanization, urban land, urban housing, urban transport, urban finance, urban poverty and similar areas will be implemented as part of the Land, Housing, Transport and Urban Economics Programme in the School of Economics.

Qualifications |
Ph.D./M.Phil/M.A Degree in Economics. Desirable: Research Experience in the broad area of Urban Economics, Transport Economics, Housing Economics, Public Economics, Course Work in Urban, Transport Economics or both as a subject studied in Master of Economics programme Only candidate with excellent academic background and research interest need to apply. Age: less than 30 yrs. |

Duration |
Appointments are purely temporary and are made for a period of Nine Months (from the date of joining) and can be extended until the duration of the project i.e, for a period of 1 year. |

A) Applicants should note that the appointments to be made are purely temporary and there is no right for claiming any regular appointment in the University.
B) Applicants may send their biodata well in advance to the Programme Director preferably by 1st September 2017 in the below mentioned address.
C) No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or at the time of joining the post, if selected.
D) Applicants are required to attend the walk-in interview along with their original certificates , biodata, photo copy of all certificates (self attested) and two color passport size photographs.
