Important Conditions
1. The Walk-Interview will be conducted on 14.12.2017 from 1100 Hours to 1700 Hours at the address given below.
2. The applicant shall be retired Administrative Officer of the State Government of Maharashtra who has retired not below the rank of ADM/SDM/Tahsildar or equivalent for Regional Office and retired not below the rank of SDM/Tahsildar or equivalent for Project Implementation Units (PIU) at Amravati, Aurangabad, Dhule, Nagpur-1 & Nagpur-2, Nanded, Wasim and Yavatmal.
3. The applicant should have 10 years minimum experience in the relevant State Administration Department and have in depth understanding of liason works so that he can facilitate Highway Operational works.
4. Considering the requirement of frequent visit, the official should be below 65 years of age at the time of engagement or any extension of contract.
5. The remuneration shall be equal to the amount of pay last drawn by them minus pension being received by them.
6. The Applicants shall bring all the documents in original during interview for verification viz. Service Book, Pension Order, proof of present pension drawn, proof of age and any other document mentioned in application. A set of photo copy of the aforesaid documents shall be submitted along with the application.
7. No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidate attending the interview.
8. Period of Contract shall be initially for One year, which may be extended or curtailed at the discretion of the Competent Authority. The post will be on purely contract basis.
9. The selected candidates will work each under NHAI, Regional Office-Nagpur and its Project Implementation Units (PIU) at Amravati, Aurangabad, Dhule, Nagpur-1 & Nagpur-2, Nanded, Wasim and Yavatmal.
10. The candidates may be selected on the basis of eligible requirements as specified above and the decision of the Competent Authority, NHAI shall be final and binding.
11. The advertisement can be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of the Competent Authority without assigning any reasons therefor.
