WALK IN INTERVIEW

Recruitment for the post of Project Fellow for DBT funded Ramalingaswamy-Re-entry Faculty project.

Number of Post: 2

Funding Agency andFellowship: Department of Biotechnology and 8000/- p.m. (fixed)

Duration: Initially for one year but may be extended up to another four years subjected to satisfactory performance.

Project Title: Novel amino acid based biocompatible polymeric vectors for gene delivery: A facile and green synthetic approach

Minimum Prescribed Education Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry/Nanoscience and Technology or M.Tech.in Materials Science/Nanoscience and Technology with minimum 55% marks/equivalent grade from a recognized university/institution with a consistent good academic record throughout.

Preference: Previous research experience in the field biopolymer synthesis and characterization (NMR, TGA, DSC, etc) is preferred but not desirable. Preference will be given to candidate who have cleared NET/GATE examinations.

Interested candidates should bringthe curriculum vitae with photograph, copies of supporting documents, and original certificates for the walk in interview which will be conducted on 20th Dec 2017 at 10 a.m. in the Department of Nanoscience and Technology.No TA and DA will be given. Selected candidates will be required to join duty within 15 days. Selected candidates may be permitted to register for their Ph.D. in accordance with the eligibility guidance of Bharathiar University.
