Nature of Work

To provide assistance to a project on visualization and drafting of an educationalprogramme/ training modules as a preparatory ground to those interested to pursuesocial entrepreneurship as a career.. The RA will assist the Lead Researcher to documentinformation on similar programmes available in India and abroad through secondaryresearch and to conduct in-depth interviews with students and resource persons ofthese programmes. The RA is also expected to conduct in depth interviews with socialentrepreneurs and document their experiences and suggestions, which will help to draftthe orientation and content of the proposed programme for ACIIE. He / She will alsoassist in administrative work and in report writing, and in organizing consultativemeetings / workshops, if any.

Qualification and Eligibility

1. Masters in any Social Sciences or related discipline with at least 55% aggregatemarks or equivalent grade
   
   
2. Prior experience in research (methodologies, data collection techniques).
   
   
3. Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software(s). Familiarity with any statistical software is desirable.
   
   
4. Should have good analytical skills and the ability to prepare reports.
   
   
5. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
   
   

Duration: 2 months (may be extended as per need)

Remuneration: As per UGC norms (JRF / SRF)
