ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE POST OF JUNIOR RESEARCH F ELLOW

Applications are invited for the recruitment of one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) positions to work in a DBT funded project entitled Validation of some North East Indian traditional antiinflammatory plants for antiproliferative, antiangiogenic and antimetastatic properties: In search of novel anticancer agents for a period of three years.

Applicants may also walk in for the interview on 13th February, 2017 in the Department of Life Science and Bioinformatics, Assam University, Silchar-788011, Assam, India at 12:30 PM with 3 copies of bio-data and supporting documents in original.

The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.

Qualification: The candidates must possess minimum 60% marks in M.Sc. in Life Science/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Botany or related discipline with good academic records. Preference will be given to candidates having demonstrated experience in the related research.

Fellowship: As per DBT, GOI norm

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
