1. Appointment to the above mentioned post would be subject to fulfilling eligibility criteria
2. The candidates will have to appear for test/interview at their own expense. However, candidates belonging to SC/ST category who are not working in Government /Autonomous Body/PSU will be paid sleeper class Rail fare.
3. The candidates must be registered in the Employment Exchange in any State under the North Eastern Region including Bagdogra, Dist. of Darjeeling.
4. Employees in Govt./Semi Govt./PSU should apply through proper channel.
5. Age shall be reckoned as on 01.08.2007.
6. The last date of receipt of the application is 24.09.2007.
7. Application received after the due date will not be entertained. However, AAI shall not be responsible for any postal delay.
8. The Airports Authority of India management reserves the right to reject any application at its discretion without assigning any reason and no Correspondence on this regard will be entertained. Posts are transferable anywhere in India.

HOW TO APPLY

1. The candidates fulfilling the above conditions may submit their application in the prescribed format to THE REGIONAL EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, AIRPORTS AUTHORITY OF INDIA, N.E. REGION, LGBI AIRPORT, GUWAHATI 781015.
2. The Envelop should be super-scribed by Application for the post of Sr. Asstt. (Accounts).
3. Candidates are to submit a Demand Draft of Rs. 100/-in favour of Airports Authority of India, payable at Guwahati. SC/ST/PH candidates are exempted from fee.
4. Two Passport size photographs to be enclosed, one duly affixed on application form and other one stapled and attested on the back side, with name written in CAPITALS.
5. Application must accompany attested copies of Certificates of Educational Qualification, Date of Birth, Employment Exchange Registration, and Experience, if any.
6. Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected and no further communication shall be entertained in this regard.
7. Canvassing in any manner and brining other influence shall make the candidature liable for rejection.
