RECRUITMENT OF DY. GENERAL MANAGERS ON DEPUTATION

Applications are invited from the officers working in various Public Sector Banks for filling up 10 posts of Deputy General Managers on deputation in The Punjab State Cooperative Bank Ltd., Chandigarh, a premier Cooperative Institution of the Country. The selected candidates will be posted as Managing Directors of the District Central Cooperative Banks in Punjab. Candidates with following qualifications and experience may apply on or before 22-01-2016.

Education Qualifications:

i) i) Graduate with CAIIB/DBF/Diploma in

ii) Cooperative Business Management or

iii) equivalent qualification; or

iv) ii) Chartered/Cost Accountant; or

v) iii) Post Graduate in any discipline.

Essential Experience & Age

The person shall have at least eight years work experience of working in any public sector bank at the middle / senior level. Senior / middle level for the purpose shall be taken as the third level (scale/cadre) onwards [i.e., excluding the first two levels (scales/cadres) in the officer cadre], or as the highest two levels (scales/cadres) below the level of CEO.

The person should not be above 55 years of age at the time of appointment.

Managing Director

Qualifications:

Pay Scale & Perks

:

The pay drawn by the officer in his/her parent organisation, will be protected. The other perks and allowances will be as per terms and conditions of deputation.

Period of Deputation

:

The period of deputation will ordinarily be 3 years which can be extended by another 2 years.

:

The present number of vacancies is 10 which may increase or decrease.
