OUALIFICATION REOUIRED

A) Age : 35to50years. Upper age limit will be relaxed upto slxty years of age in case of ex-BSF prsonnel.

B) EducationalQualifications:

i) A Maste/s Degree or an equivalent degree with at least 55o/o marks in any of the subjects namely English, Maths, Economics, Commerce, History, Geography, zoology, Botany, Sanskrit or any other school subjects.

ii) A degree or Diploma in teaching/education or its equivalent.

iii) Three yea/s experience in Educational Administration (Principal, Vice Principal, House Master of residential school) in addition to at least seven years teaching experience in a recognized secondary/senior secondary school or college.

OR At least 10 years experience as Post Graduate Teacher in Senior Secondary School.

iv) Working knowledge oF Hindi and English

C) Desirable : Experience in organizing seminar, in service courses, Symposium, educational conference, sports, cultural and literary meets.

The age and experience may be relaxed further by the Chairman of Central Education committee under speclal circumstances.

D) Pay : Iniual Pay Rs 78,800/- of 7h Pay commission and other allowances as ^per Education Code & decision of Cenh-dl committee of BSF Education fund society..
