EMPLOYMENT NOTICE

Deolali Cantonment Board invites applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment for following posts. Complete application in all respect should reach to the Office of the Cantonment Board, Deolali, Dist. Nashik, PIN 422401 (Maharashtra) on or before 31.12.2015 up to 1600 hours. Post reserved for Physically Disabled:

One post may be filled from Visual Handicap (Visual acuity not exceeding 6/60 or 20/200 (Snellen) in the better eye with correcting lenses and Limitation of the field of vision subtending an angle of 20 degrees or worse) / Hearing impairment (Those having hearing loss or more than 60 decibles in the better ear (profound impairment) or total loss of hearing in both ears).

GENERAL CONDITIONS :-

  1. Application complete in all respect, as per prescribed format given here-in-after and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer , Deolali Cantonment Board, should reach at the Office of the Deolali Cantonment Board , Nashik 42240 1 , Maharashtra by Registered/ Speed Post alongwith two self-attested enve lopes, acknowledgement card. Applicant must attach two latest passport size photographs indicating his/her name on back side . Postal delay will not be accepted.

  2. The envelope containing the application should be clearly superscribed in BOLD letters with the post applied for and reservation category viz SC/ST/OBC/UR as applicable as follows:-

  3. i) Separate application is to be sent for each post.

  4. The candidate must be a Citizen of India.

  5. Qualification acquired by the candidates should be strictly in accordance with the prescribed qualifications and the candidates should not seek claim equivalent of their qualification with that of the prescribed qualification.

  6. Age limit shall be relaxed 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST and 10 years for handicapped candidates as per rule, wherever applicable. Physically handicapped candidates shall attach proof of physical disability (certificate from recognised authority).

  7. No request for change of any entries or part, originally indicated in the application form shall be entertained.

  8. The candidates shall be held responsible for correctness of all information given by him /her and in case of any information / documents found to be incorrect at a later stage; action shall be taken against the candidates including dismissal from service and also of filing legal proceedings as per prevailing law.

  9. Attested (self-attested) true copies of proof of age/date of birth academ ic, professional qua li ficat ion, caste certificate and experience relating to the post advertised be attached with the app lications.

  10. All the service rules applicable to Cantt Fund Servants under the provisions of Cantt Fund Servants Ru les, 1937 as amended from time to time and Govt. instructions issued from time to time shall apply.

  11. No correspor.dence in regard to the appointment will be ente rtaine d.

  12. No representation on any ground for non appearance for the test/in terview etc. by the candidates will be entertained and his /her candidature will not be considered in such an eventuality.

  13. Persons already employed should sent applications through proper channel. Age relaxation as per Govt . rules.

  14. The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law.

  16. Application should accompany a Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- for UR & OBC categtory and Rs. 150/- for SC, ST, Physically Disabled category, drawn in favour of the Chief Executive Officer, Deolali Cantonment Board, payable at Deolali from Nationalised Bank only.

  17. TA/DA will not be admis sible for attending tests/ interview, as the case may be.

  18. ) The selected candidates will have to make their own arrangement of stay at Deolali, ifrequired.

  19. Candidates should note that the Cantonmnt Board Deolali will in no case be responsible for non-receipt of their appli cations or any delay in its receipt or any account whatsoever.

  20. The Chief Executive Officer reserves the right to recruiting processing in full or part without assigning any reason whatsover.

  21. Decision of appointing authority would be final, with regard to all matters connected with the recruitment.
