Details for engagement of Inde ependent External Expert (IEE) and Indepe endent Expert (IE) on MSME:

Eligibility:

-In case of indepe endent external expert (IEE) of MSME: In ndividuals with a minimum exposure of threee years in credit related issues of MSME E sector having a working knowledge of financ cial analysis and residing at the place for whi ich application is made.

-In case of independ dent expert (IE) of MSME: Retired executive oof another Bank, not below

-the rank of AGM and having exposure in credit and residiing at the place for which application is made e.

• Age: Maximum age wi ill not be more than 68 years.
  
  
• Contract period: Enga agement will be on contract basis for a per riod of one year, subject to annual review on the basis of satisfactory performance.
  
  
• Remuneration: Rs. 10000/ per committee meeting.
  
  
• Roles & responsibilitties of external experts: Participate in thhe committee meeting for finalization of corrective actio on plan by studying the TEV of the project a along with its feasibility and bankability and provide suit table inputs for revival, rehabilitation and recovery of stress MSME accounts above loan limit of R Rs.10 Lac to Rs. 25 Crore.
