Appointment of Deputy General Manager Grade D on Deputation: 2017

The Bank invites applications from eligible candidates working with various Ministries/Departments of Government of India for the post of Deputy General Manager [Government Coordination] (Grade D) on Deputation Basis.

E. | Period of Deputation | 3 years from the date of deputation. Both the parties reserve the right to repatriate the deputationist at any time before completion of the deputation period without assigning any reason by giving 30 days notice. | |
F. | Scope of work | Coordination with Government of India (GoI) & other Agencies, work related to Government Sponsored Schemes being undertaken by SIDBI, to represent the Bank in GoI meetings as and when directed to do so and any other work as may be decided from time to time | |

a | Age limit | The candidate should not be more than 45 years old as on October 01, 2017 (Born on or after 02-10-1972). |

Important: The Bank reserves the right to raise/modify the eligibility criteria in educational qualification and minimum work experience in order to restrict the number of candidates to be called for Interview, commensurate with the number of post. | |||
H. | Remuneration | The present pay scale of Officers in Grade D is `39850 -1200(2) 42250 -1300(3) -46150(6 years) and could undergo revision. Besides emoluments as per the pay scale given above, the Officer shall also be eligible for various perquisites / facilities as available to Grade D officers of SIDBI. The Officer will have an option to (i) retain the pay scale and perquisites of his/her present employer along with deputation allowance as admissible or (ii) select pay scale and perquisites/facilities applicable in SIDBI. The option once exercised can not be changed. However, in case of revision of pay-scale in SIDBI in next six months, a second final option would be given. | |
I. | Accommodation | The Officer will be eligible for Banks accommodation or Leased flat facility in lieu thereof as available to Grade D Officers of the Bank subject to him/her not having any other accommodation allotted by present employer. | |
J. | Secrecy | The candidate will not communicate or allow to be communicated to any person not legally entitled thereto any information relating to the affairs of SIDBI or to the affairs of any person having any dealing with SIDBI nor will allow any such person to inspect or have access to any books or documents belonging to or in the possession of SIDBI relating to the business of SIDBI or the business of any person having any dealing with SIDBI. | |
K. | Selection Procedure | Selection would be by way of personal interview by the Selection Committee. The Bank will undertake a preliminary screening of the applications for preparing, if necessary, a shortlist of eligible candidates to be called for interview. Thus, merely fulfilling the requirements laid down in the advertisement would not automatically entitle any candidate to be called for interview. | |

Deputy General Manager (Government Co-ordination) (Grade D) on deputation basis. ii. Applications which are received after the prescribed date will not be considered. SIDBI takes no responsibility for any delay in receipt of application or loss thereof in postal transit. A copy of application marked 'Advance Copy' should be sent to the given address. iii. Applications should be accompanied by self-attested copies of relevant certificate(s) / documents, in support of proof of identity, address, age, educational qualification (educational certificates/mark-sheets), work experience, etc as mentioned in the application form. | ||
M. | Others | (i) Candidates, called for interview will be paid economy Airfare / 2nd AC railway fare by shortest route in India for the to and fro journey by the shortest route from the place of their residence, to the place of interview, subject to submission of necessary documentary evidence. (ii) The successful candidate should produce proper relieving from his/her employer, at the time of reporting for deputation. (iii) Decisions of the Bank in all matters regarding eligibility, selection etc. would be final and binding on the candidates. No representation or correspondence will be entertained by the Bank in this regard. |
