CONTRACTUAL APPOINTMENT OF SPECIALIST DOCTORS IN THE COMPOSITE HOSPITALS AND GENERAL DUTY MEDICAL OFFICERS (GDMOS) IN CPMFs

1. Enclosed please find herewith a copy of advertisement regarding WALK-IN-INTERVIEW for selection and appointment of Specialist doctors and GDMOs in CH BSF Agartala and units under Tripura Ftr on contractual basis scheduled to be conducted w.e.f. 25 to 29 April 2016 at Composite Hospital BSF, Agartala, Tripura.

   1 Suitable and willing male and female candidates may walk-in-for-interview for Contractual appointments of Specialists doctors & General duty Medical Officers (GDMOs) in Composite Hospital BSF Agartala, Salbagan (Tripura) and in BSF Hospitals on contractual Basis as per the terms & conditions mentioned below :-

2. Date of Walk-in-interview - 25 to 29 April 2016 at Composite Hospital(CH) BSF Agartala, Salbagan, Tripura from 10 AM to 4 PM.

3. Remuneration-

   For Specialists Doctors

   For appointment in Unclassified areas - Rs. 57,672/-PM.

   {for whole period of contract)

   For General Duty Medical Officers :

   For appointment in Unclassified areas - Rs. 47, 775/-PM.

   {for whole period of contract)

4. Age - Not more than 67 years.

5. Educational & Professional qualifications :-

   1. Specialist Doctors:-

      1. A recognized medical qualification included in the first or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than that licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II or the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub section (3) of Section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

      2. Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in the concerned Specialty as mentioned in Sec-A or Sec-B of Schedule -VI or equivalent.

      3. 1 years experience for Post Graduate Degree holder & 2 Years for Diploma holder in the concerned specialty after obtaining the Post Graduate degree/Diploma or equivalent.

   2. General Duty Medical Officers :-

      1. A recognized medical qualification included in the first or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than that licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II or the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of Section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

      2. Completion of compulsory rotating internship.

6. Medical Examination :-

Immediately after interview on the same day the candidates will be medically examined by a Board of Medical Officers detailed by FHQ (Med Dte)/ CH BSF Agartala. Appointment will be subject to medical fitness.

Period of contract is five years or till the appointee attains the age of 67 years. However initial contractual appointment will be for three years which may be extended for further two years on year to year basis subject to the maximum age cap of 67 years. Thereafter, the contract will lapse automatically . However, the appointment can be terminated at any time by giving one month's notice (on either side) without assigning any reason by paying/refunding one month's salary. No extension beyond the st ipula t ed five years will be given. However, there is no bar on a contractual appo int ee applying afresh on completion of 05 years tenure .

1. Entitlement of leave :- The leave entitlement will be governed in terms of DoP&T's OM No. 12016/3/84-Estt (L) dated 12th April 1985, as am end ed from time to time.

2. The appointee shall not have any claim or right to regular appointment to any post under CAPFs.

3. The appointee shall be on whole time appointment in Composite Hospital/ Battalions and shall not accept any other appointment, paid or ot herwise, during the period of contract.

4. Other conditions of contract will be governed by the relevant rules and orders issued from time to time.

5. The appointee shall perform the duties assigned to him. The competent authority reserves the right to assign any duty as and when required . No extra /additional allowance will be admissible in case of such assignment .

6. The competent authority reserves the right for any amendment, cancellation and change in advertisement in whole or part thereof without assigning any reasons.

7. The location of vacancies of Specialist Medical Officer & GDMOs are as under :-

   1. Specialists at Composite Hospital BSF Agartala :-One poast each in Medicine, Anesthetics, Radiologist, Pathologist and Ophthalmologist Total- O5 .
