IDRBT invites applications for a CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO) for its STRATEGIC BUSINESS UNIT (SBU).

The COO is a seniorlevel functionary, who is expected to manage, operate and maintain all the services offered by IDRBT. He shall be a visionary, who can plan, conceptualise, strategise, implement and maintain realtime and critical services.

The right candidate shall be a mature and experienced person with the ability to lead technical teams effectively, ready to meet challenges and have a combination of proven technical competence and operational experience in similar positions. S/he should have served in the rank of a General Manager and preferably have related experience in commercial banks.

Candidates should have a good academic background, be a Post Graduate and preferably be a member of professional ITrelated bodies. S/he should have worked in ITrelated areas involving network based operations, high available IT systems, operations in a highly secure environment using latest IT systems, for about a decade, of which at least five years should be in an executive capacity.

The selected candidate will be retained on a contract basis for a period of three years. Subject to outstanding performance, the tenure may be extended for a further period of two years or till reaching 65 years of age, whichever is earlier.

The candidate will be working in the stateofart facilities at a premier Institute and can look forward to highly satisfying and rewarding work. An attractive compensation on a CTC basis would be offered. The position is based at Hyderabad.
