1. Eligibility

Applications are invited from candidates who satisfy the following eligibility criteria.

I. Educational Qualification Only candidates who have successfully completed CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India will be considered.

II. Upper age limit 40 years as on 31.05.2017.

2. Emoluments

Scale I 23700, 980/7, 30560, 1145/2, 32850, 1310/7, 42020(Total Emoluments*: Rs. 40,000 Rs. 70,000) Scale II 31705, 1145/1, 32850, 1310/10, 45950 (Total Emoluments*: Rs.53000/-to 76000/-) *Approximate per month

Selected candidates may be appointed as Asst. Manager/ Manager in Scale I/II in IBA scale considering their experience and as per the banks existing terms and conditions. They may be posted in the branches/offices mentioned below:

Selected candidates will be placed on probation for a period of one year. The bank reserves the right to extend the period of probation for any further period/s or to terminate the service even during the period of probation without any notice and assigning any reason whatsoever.

During the period of probation they will be eligible for emoluments as per IBA / Bipartite settlement.

Selection will be based on a Test/Group Discussion and a Personal Interview as per the banks decision

5. Other Conditions

1. Selected candidates will be posted in any of the branches/ offices mentioned above. However the bank will have the liberty to transfer the officers to any branch/ office of the bank.
