The eligible condidoies will be colled for written tesl ond personol inierview ond the decision of the Bonk in this regord sholl be finol.

7. MONITORING AT BANK LEVEL

The performonce review ot FLC will be done once in o yeor for FLC of oge below 55 yeors ond should be completed before renewql. For FLC, who hod crossed 65 ^{yeors, ihe} review will on every compleled holf yeor.

8. RENEWAT OF AGREEMENT

Counsellor moy opply for renewol till 68 yeors, ^provided they soiisfy the oge/heolth _crilerio ond mointoin sotisfoctory lrock record. However in such circumstonces, if engoged. he/she will continue, subjecl lo review of performonce ot every completed holf yeor.

8. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

The service of lhe counsellor sholl be discontinued by either porly by ^giving due noiice' The counsellor hos io serve o notice giving ot leosl 3 monihs. From ihe bonk ^{side, the} notice period of one month sholl be given to counsellor.
