NOTICE

Sub:-Engagement of Ayurvedic Doctor by the Staff Benefit Fund Management Committee /Chittaranjan

It has been decided by the Staff Benefit Fund Management Committee to engage one (01) Ayurvedic Doctor in K.G.Hospital at Chittaranjan Township under the Staff Benefit Fund Management Committee in terms of Railway Boards guidelines circulated vide no:-E(W)2016/ISM/9 Dated:-07.07.2017, E(W)2013/ISM/1Dated:-18.05.2015 & 23.07.2014 and E(W)2003/WE-1/3,Dated:-02.07.2003

Application froms qualified /reputed Ayurvedic Doctors both male & Female but not railway employee ,are invited with the following qualifications

Eligibility:-

BAMS( Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) from Recognized Ayurvedic College registered with State /Central Council of Ayurvedic ,after successful completion of internship

Experience:

05yrs of working experiencewith at least 2 yrs of working experience on any

Govt.Institution/ recongnized institution by AYUSH

Terms & Conditions:i) Monthly honorarium of the Ayurvedic Doctor will be Rs 22500/-( Rupees twenty two Thousand five hundred only ) in terms of railway boards letter no:-E(W)2016/ISM/9 Dated:-07.07.2017 ( RBE No:-65/2017) .No additional benefit other than honourarium is admissible .

ii) The engagement is not borne on any cadre of Railway service in CLW/Chittaranjan .This temporary engagement is finance under a scheme of staff benefit fund on contract basis for a period of 01( One ) year.

iii) The consultants will be engaged purely under staff benefit Fund management Committee on honorarium basis and will not be entitled for any privilege /facilities which are extended to railway employees.

iv) The performance of the doctor will be reviewed from time to time and the service may be terminated by giving 14 days notice on either side.

v) The working hours will be 04 hours daily working five days in a week from Monday to Friday vi) The dispensary will remain closed on Sunday & National Holidays . vii) The maximum age of the consultant should not exceed 64 yrs asand on 01.01.2018 consultant will be ceased to be engaged on attaining the age of 65 yrs

Viii) Private practice is admissible provided it does not hamper with legitimate duties of the consultant ix) No railway accommodation will be provided for residential purpose. x) No transport /travelling allowance for attending duty is admissible xi) No privilege Pass/PTO will be admissible.

Candidates with requisite qualification and willing to abide by the above terms & conditions and desiring to be considered for engagement as Ayurvedic Consultant may apply on plain paper as per the proforma enclosed and send the same so as to reach the office on or before 18.12.2017 at 17.00 hrs alongwith attested photocopies of certificates /testimonials in support of qualification ,experience ( To be issued by Municipal authority BDO/SDO,MLA/MP or equivalent authority ) clearly scribing on the top of the envelope APPLICATION FOR ENGAGEMENT AS AYURVEDIC CONSULTANT UNDER STAFF BENEFIT FUND MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE.
