NOTIFICATION

Interested and eligible candidates fulfilling the prescribed qualification/experience may submit their application in the prescribed form (one original plus five photo copies) addressed to the Registrar, Goa University along with bio-data, self-attested documents of educational qualifications along with the marksheets of respective Degree/Diploma, Birth certificate, caste certificate, experience, valid 15 years residence certificate in Goa issued by the Competent Authority and valid employment exchange registration card and other relevant details, so as to reach the Registrar, Goa University, Taleigao Plateau, Goa 403206 on or before 30-11-2016.

The age of the applicant should not exceed 45 years as on the date of advertisement. (Relaxable by 5 years for persons in regular service of Goa University). Relaxation in age for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates would be as per State Government norms.

  1. Each applicant must send six copies of the application, one of which must be hand-written or typed with recent passport size photograph and the other could be photocopies.

  2. Application should be submitted alongwith self attested copies of all certificates including caste certificate/certificate of disability, as may be applicable.

  3. Candidates who are already employed shall send their applications through proper channel.

  4. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

  5. The applications will be screened by a Committee on the basis of University Statute/ Recruitment Rules and only the candidates recommended by the Screening Committee shall be called for the interview.

  6. Canvassing in any form by or on behalf of the candidate will lead to disqualification of the candidate.

  7. Recruitment process will be done as per the provision of O.M. No. 1/6/83- PER(Vol.II)Pt.(a) dated 08-01-2016 issued by the Government of Goa.

  8. The University reserves the right not to fill up the post advertised, or to fill up on short term basis.
