2. Applications received for the said post of FIELDMAN advertised vide category No.ER-08 of Advertisement No.ER-07/2010 have been scrutinized. It may be noted that during the time of category-wise sorting of applications, incorrect Roll Nos. were assigned to 45 applications pertaining to the said post of FIELDMAN. Hence, these candidates could not be called for the Common Screening Test held on 17.04.2011. However, on scrutiny of these 45 applications it has been found that 32 candidates belong to ineligible categories viz. UR/SC/ST/PH and 01 candidate did not submit OBC certificate and hence, these candidates are ineligible. The remaining 12 candidates are provisionally eligible. The Commission has fixed 25.05.2014 (F/N) as the date of holding the Common screening Test for these 12 left out candidates who applied for the post of FIELDMAN advertised vide category No.ER-08 of Advertisement No.ER-07/2010. Admission Certificates, for appearing in the Common Screening Test, in respect of these 12 eligible candidates have already been dispatched by post. Applications of 33 candidates as referred above and as given in the list below have been summarily rejected on grounds mentioned against their names. Requests from candidates (clearly mentioning Name and Roll No.) for reconsideration of their applications/candidatures, if any, on any valid ground (may also be sent by fax, speed post) shall be sent immediately so that it reaches the Commissions Regional Office at Kolkata, positively by 16.05.2014. Applications received after 16.05.2014, shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
