With reference to advertisement No.02/2017 dated 05/08/2017, Walk-in-Interview for Counsellor post (on contract basis for the Autumn Semester of Academic Year 2017-18) will be held in the Institute:

Other general conditions:

1. Candidates should appear for Walk-In-Interview with original certificates, a set of self-attested photocopies of certificates and copy of Bio-Data. In absence of originals, candidate shall not be considered for Interview.
2. If suitable candidates are not available, post shall not be filled.
3. Appointment shall be on contract till the end of current semester or till the appointment of regular staff.
4. Preference shall be given to the candidates those have working experience as Counsellor in Technical/Higher Educational Institutions (IITs/NITs/IIMs/IISERs/Central Universities/State Universities etc.).
5. Institute reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.
6. Reservation as per Govt. of India policy shall be observed.
7. Only those candidates who are present at the scheduled date and time will be considered for Interview.
8. The application form will be accepted between 09:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the room mentioned against the post.
9. The application form will not be accepted after 11:00 AM.
10. Those candidates who will report after 10:00 AM shall not be consider under any circumstances.

* Candidates reporting to the Reporting Desk as mentioned above after scheduled reporting time on 10:00 AM for the document verification SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE to appear for Interview. This will be strictly observed.
