NIT - Mizoram, Aizawl is an Institute of National Importance conducting UG, PG & Ph.D. programmes in Engineering and Technology. It is one of the 10 (Ten) newly established NITs in the country. Applications for the under mentioned Faculty, Technical Assistant & Technician positions (on Purely Adhoc basis) in the prescribed format are invited from Indian Nationals possessing consistently good academic record, with commitment to quality teaching and potential for conduct of research.

Qualification:

(iii)Technician (Adhoc) CE	Senior Secondary (10+2) and ITI of one year in appropriate trade or Matric with at least 60% and ITI of 2 years duration in appropriate trade or Diploma in Engg. of 3 years duration from a recognized Polytechnic in respective branch	--	27 years

Other Important Information:

(1) Application Form along with the relevant supporting documents/certificates should

reach to the office of undersigned by speed/registered post on or before 8th January

2016.

(2) Candidates are advised to produce one set photocopy of all certificates, testimonials

and other relevant documents along with the originals during the time of interview.

(3) Candidates are requested to provide their active e-mail Id/ Mobile phone numbers/ Landline phone numbers in the application form for easy correspondence.

(4) Candidates are advised to visit the Institute website regularly. The list of shortlisted

candidates will be displayed on the institute website.

(5) Institute reserves the right to reject any or all applications or it may amend any of the clauses above as per orders of the competent authority.

(6) No TA will be paid for attending the interview.

(7) Legal disputes, if any, with NIT Mizoram, will be restricted within the jurisdiction of Aizawl Court only.
