Applications are invited from Indian Nationals only for Project Positions as per the details given below, (for consultancy / research projects, under the Project Co-Investigator Dr.K.Srinivasan, Instrumentation and Control Engineering in National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli-15, Tamil Nadu.

1.

Title of the Project

Electronification of Ground Water Control and Conveyor Systems in Mines.

2.

Funding Agency for the Project specimen

Ministry of Coal, Government of India.

Project Positions and Number

SRF -02, JRF-02 & TA-01.

4.

Qualifications

SRF Masters Degree specialization in Instrumentation/ Control/ Power Electronics/ Computer Science Engineering related discipline and Bachelor degree in EEE/EIE/ICE/CSE/IT. Desirable: Knowledge in PLC/DCS/SCADA/IOT is Desirable
JRF- Bachelors Degree in Engineering EIE/ICE/EEE/CSE/IT. Desirable: Knowledge in PLC/DCS/SCADA/IOT is desirable
TA- Diploma in EEE/Instrumentation. Desirable: Knowledge in PLC/DCS/SCADA will be preferable.

For all the post preferably age should be less than 30 Years

Emoluments

SRF and Rs. 33,600/- (Rs.28,000/- plus 20% HRA)

JRF and Rs. 30,000/- (Rs.25,000/- plus 20% HRA)

TA and Rs. 14,400/- (Rs.12,000/- plus 20% HRA)

6.

Duration

18 Months or on completion of the project whichever be the earlier.

Job Description

1. Purchase of Equipments and Components.
2. Setting up of the prototype hardware in the laboratory.
3. Installation and implementation of proposed design in mines and improvisation, modification if any.
4. Testing and performance analysis of the unit in the field.
5. Frequent travel and camp at Neyveli is required.
A. Candidates before appearing for the interview shall ensure that they are eligible for the position they intend to apply.
B. Candidates desiring to appear for the Interview should submit their applications with the following documents to the Office of the Project Co- Investigator through Registered/ Post.
C. Application should be furnished only in the prescribed format.
D. Experience including research, industrial field and others.
E. Attested copies of degree/ certificate and experience certificate
F. Candidates shall bring along with them the original certificates at the time of interview for verification.
G. Please note that no TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.
H. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed by e-mail/ mobile and no separate call letter will be issued for the same
