Recruitment of JRF under SERB-ECR project in Mathematics

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the position of one junior research fellow (JRF) in the following research project funded by Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Govt. of India, under the supervision of Dr. B.B. Upadhyay (PI), Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematics, NIT Manipur.

Research project title: "Towards New Platform on Generalized Vector Variational Inequalities: Scope in Optimization and Bilevel Programming".

3) A screening committee shall shortlist the candidates to be called for interview, based on the specialization and availability of candidates and requirements as per the project.

4) List of the shortlisted candidates will be uploaded in the institute website (www.nitmanipur.ac.in) or may be communicated over telephone/mobile on 09th May, 2017 and no separate call letter will be issued.

5) The interview of the shortlisted candidates will be held on 15th May, 2017 in the Mathematics department.

6) Candidate selected for this position may apply for the regular PhD program provided they satisfy the eligibility criterion for PhD program in Mathematics department, NIT Manipur.

7) Original documents of age proof/certificates/degrees/mark sheets and other testimonials must be presented at the time of interview. 8) Mere fulfilment of the required qualifications and experience does not entitle a candidate to be shortlisted or called for interview. The Principal Investigator of the project reserves the right to fill or not fill the position. 9) No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
