Corrigendum

In partial modification of Advertisement No.2 (2) 2016 published on29.09.2016 in various newspapers vide which the application were invited for 02 posts (Out of which one post is reserved for SC (Backlog) of Haryana only) of Senior Dental Surgeon Class-l in Health Departm-ent, Haryana.It is hereby announced that on receipt of requisition for additional 01 number of post for General category of Senior Dental Surgeon Class-1, the number of posts have been increased from 02 to 03.

The revised classification of category wise posts is as under:-

Accordingly, the candidat., *tro wish to apply now against the new classification of posts can apply through online mode upto 10.07.2017 upto 5.00 P.M i.e. closing date. Closing date for depositing fees in any branch of State Bank of Indiais 13.07.2017. Closing date for receiving printed application forms alongwith supporting documents in Commission's office: 21.07.2017 up to 05:00 PM. Closing date for receiving printed application forms in Commission's Office from the applicants from Forward Remote Areas i,e. States/ Union Territories of North-East Region, Lakshadweep, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Sikkim, Ladakh Region of Jammu & Kashmir and Pangi Sub-Division of Himachal Pradesh is 27.01 .2011 upto 5:00 P.M.

However, the candidates who had applied earlier in response to Advertisement No. 2(2) 2016 published on 29.09.2016 need not apply again as their previous applications will be considered, if otherwise found eligible. The determination of age & educational qualification etc. will be as per Advertisement No. 2(2) 2016 published on 29.09.2016 (Le. age will be determined as on 01;01.2016 and quaffication & other eligibility will be determined us on 10.07.2017 Closing date),

Note:-

It is also clarified that the candidates who had made online application earlier in response to the advertisement, generated the challan but failed to deposit the fees with in ' stipulated period are required to apply afresh. The commission will not be responsible for any

lapse or delay on the part ofcandidate or the postal authorities.
