FIRST NCA NOTIFICATION
Applications are invited only Online after ONE TIME REGISTRATION from qualified candidates belonging to reservation group of SC, LC/AI and Viswakarma Communities of Kerala State for appointment in the undermentioned post in Kerala Government Service. Before applying for the post the candidates shall register as per One Time Registration Scheme through the official website of Kerala Public Service Commission.

earmarked for the above mentioned Communities, but remain unfilled due to the paucity of
candidates during the currency of the ranked list published on 08.09.2015 for the post.
5 Method of appointment : Direct Recruitment (Only from candidates belonging to SC, LC/AI and Viswakarma Communities)
Note:-Applications submitted by candidates belonging to Communities other than the above mentioned communities will be summarily rejected. Individual communication regarding the rejection of their application will not be issued.
6 Age limit : SC:
23-45, Only candidates born between 02.01.1972 and 01.01.1994 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for the post. LC/AI, Viswakarma:
23-43, Only candidates born between
02.01.1974 and 01.01.1994 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for the post. Note: For other conditions regarding age relaxation, please see para 2 of the General conditions except para 2(i).
7 Qualifications :
Degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry with not less than 60% Marks from Kerala Agricultural University or an equivalent qualification.
Note:- (1) In the appointment of Vocational Teacher preference will be given to persons having additional qualification of Diploma in Computer Application from a recognised institution.
(2) All educational qualifications for teaching posts should be one acquired after a regular course of study from a recognised University in Kerala or recognised as equivalent thereto by any of the Universities in Kerala.
Rule 10 (a) ii of part II of KS&SSR is applicable.
8. Mode of submitting applications :-
Candidates shall register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION ' system on the Official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission 'www.keralapsc.gov.in ' for applying for the post. Candidates who have registered shall apply by logging in to their profile using their User-ID and password. Candidates shall click on the 'Apply Now' button of the respective posts in the Notification link for applying for a post. The photograph uploaded should be one taken after 31/12/2010. Name of the candidate and the date of taking photograph should be printed at the bottom portion. The Photograph once uploaded, meeting all requirements, shall be valid for 10 years from the date of uploading. There is no change in the other instructions regarding uploading of photographs. No application fee is required. Candidates can view and have a print-out of the details in the profile by clicking the link Registration Card, if required. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password. Before applying for a post, candidates must ensure correctness of the information on their profile. They must quote the User-ID for further communication with the Commission. Applications once submitted will be received as provisional and particulars shall not be deleted or altered after submission. Applications submitted not in accordance with the conditions of the notification will be summarily rejected. Documents to prove Qualification, experience, community, age etc. have to be produced as and when called
for. Candidates who have AADHAAR card should add AADHAAR card as I.D. Proof in their profile.
9. If a Written/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of this selection, Admission Ticket for eligible candidates will be made available in their Profile for One Time Registration and the date of downloading will be included in the Examination Calendar. Candidates can download Admission Ticket for 15 days from this date. Candidates who have downloaded the Admission Ticket will alone be permitted to attend the Examination.
