Recruitment of Sr. Research Associate/ Research Coordinator

Centre for Marketing in Emerging Economies at Indian Institute of Management Lucknow Noida Campus invites applications from eligible and interested candidates for Sr. Research Associate/Research Coordinator position for a period of 11 months which may be further extended subject to the need of the Centre and performance of the candidate.

Honorarium: A consolidated honorarium of Rs.6, 00,000 - 8, 00,000 P.A.

Essential Qualifications: Post Graduate in Management in Marketing/ Communications/ Social science/ Psychology/ or equivalent.

Desirable Work Experience:

• 5 plus years of relevant work experience in research industries or Fresh PhD will be given preference.

• Exposure to Qualitative Research Methods (e.g., interviews, participant observation, coding, grounded theory) and/or Quantitative Research Methods (e.g., multivariate statistical analysis )

  Other Skills Required:

• Excellent general & business writing skills, excellent spoken English, "polished" communication skills

• Good interaction skills (needs to interact with top-level executives from the industry and global top notch academicians)

• Amiable and vibrant personality

  Job requirement:

• Developing Research topics, selling ideas with stakeholders, report writing publication

• Winning sponsors

• Planning and execution of Research including literature survey.

• Should possess analytical & logical abilities.

• Project planning & execution

• He/she should be opinionated and should be able to defend debates.

• He/she should share some of her/his work before the interview.

• Write/edit articles in collaboration of centers industry partners, research associates, doctoral and post-doctoral students team members for publication

Note: Appointment shall be purely contractual, non-renewable, and co-terminus with the requirements of the project.

Selection: Based on personal interview to be held at IIM Lucknow Noida campus. Please note that no T.A. will be paid to the candidate who will be called in for attending the interview at the Noida campus of IIML.
