In partial modification of this office Recruitment notice no. DH&FWS-Mid(W)/NACP /2017/ 2131 dated 11.05.2017 the monthly consolidated Remuneration of Laboratory Technician (SRL), MMC&H will be Rs. 13000/- instead of Rs. 17220/-. Remaining part of the notice will be remaining unchanged.

Applications are hereby sought from eligible candidates for under noted contractual post under WBSAP&CS , for IIIMC&H6 Paschim Medinipur district. Henceforth all the eligible and interested candidates may submit their application as per prescribed format in accordance with the eligibility criteria noted below:

Last Date of Submission of filled application: 05.06.2017 ( By Registered /Speed post only). NO application will be received by hand.

Place of Posting : MMC&H, Paschim Mediniplur.

Essential Qualification:

• Graduate in Medical Laboratory. OR

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) with the course of at least two years duration.

  OR

• Diploma/Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology with the course of at least one year duration

  OR

• Graduate in science .

  Desirable Experience:

• 1 year experience for those of working in Medical laboratory with diploma in MLT (2 yrs. Course)

• 2 years experience of working in medical laboratory for those with diploma in MLT(l yr. course).

• 1 year experience in a Medical laboratory for Graduate in science.

  General Instructions to the Candidates

  1. Filled application must be sent to the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Paschim Medinipur, Zilla Swastha Bhawan, Saratpally, Midnapore, Paschim Medinipur, Pin-721101 within 05.06.2017 within 5:00 PM positively by Registered /Speed post only. No application will be received by hand.

  2. The category of post should be superscripted in the Capital letters on the top of the left side of the envelope along-with attested (self) photocopies of all testimonials including proof of age, mark sheet & certificates of allexaminations passed (Educational & Computer Applications), Cast certificate, working experience certificates onthe related fields, voter photo ID card/ ration card for proof of residence.

  3. One self addressed envelope should be given along-with the application.

  4. Application must as per prescribed format only.

  5. Only short listed candidates will be called for the Test and Interview.

  6. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for t he. selection test / interview .

  7. A panel will be prepared for posting in future vacancy if any within next one year.

  8. Selection Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application 'thout any notice and also to cancel the recruitment process partially or fully without assigning reasons there . Decision of Selection Committee is final.
