Applications are invited for the two positions of the Project Assistants with a Salary@ 16000+20%HRA as per rules of DBT, New Delhi sponsored Project titled "Role of MicroRNAs in Japanese Encephalitis Virus Neuropathogenesis . (Project Code: P-07/619)" initially sanctioned for 03 years from May 06, 2016 under Dr. Sunit Kumar Singh, Associate Professor (Molecular Immunology), Molecular Biology Unit, Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU, Varanasi. The post is purely temporary and co-terminuswith the project.

The candidates should have M.Sc. degree in Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/Molecular Biology/ Virology or equivalent Life Sciences disciplines with at least 55% marks. The hands on experience in the area of Molecular Biology is desirable.

The upper age limit is 28 years (5 years relaxation for female/SC/ST/physically handicapped candidates). The upper age Jimit will be counted on the last date of the application submission. The reservation policies are as per GOI rules.
