In pursuance of the approval accorded by the Govt. in Revenue & DM(LR) Deptt. Assam vide letter No. RLR. 211/2010/123, dtd. 27/10/2016 and letter No. RLR.211/2010/124, dtd. 27/10/2016, applications are invited in Standard Form as prescribed in Part-IX of Assam Gazette, from the intending candidates who are the Citizens of India , for filling up of the following posts in the amalgamated establishment of Deputy Commissioner, Karimganj.

	Educational qualification	HSLC examination or its equivalent examination passed
	Other essential qualification	6(six) months or 3(three) Months Recorders Class Course Certificate Training from the Assam Survey & Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon, Guwahati and having certificate of R.C.C.C. Training passed from theA.S.S.T.C. under Rule 8(3) and Rule 13 of Pt-I of AssamLand Records Manual, 1981.
	Age	Age of the Candidates on 01/01/2017 shall be between 18(eighteen) years minimum and the upper age must not. exceed 43(forty three) years. The upper age is relaxable by S(five) years in case of SC/ST candidates.
	Last date of submission of application	30 th January, 2017(Upt o 5PM.) The application received after the aforesaid date and time line would be summarily rejected and the undersigned shall in no way responsible for any postal delay or loss.
	Other essential criteria and general instructions to the candidates.	The name of the candidate must be registered in any Employment Exchange of Assam and the details of the registration are to be furnished at the application form with copy of employmentregistration card. The candidates already in service should apply through proper channel ensuring that their application reaches this office on or before the last date of submission of application. Priority on appointment will be given for absorption of retrenched/likely to be retrenched Addl. Mondal/Amin of settlement operation in Assamas per Govt. O.M. No. RLR.92/95/Pt-I/104, dtd.23/09/2013. Priority on appointment will be given for compliance with specifie orders/directions of Hon'ble High Court. Pension and other retirement benefit are to be governed by a new set of pension rules. The candidates having valid application will be called for attending before the Selection Board for verification of testimonials and Screening and the list of the eligible candidates whose application are found to be proper will be displayed at the Notice Board of this Office and will be uploaded/available at the Official web site of this office viz. www. karimgani.gov.in and separate call letters will also be issued individually No TA/DA is admissible for attending the Screening exercise. Canvassing directly or indirectly will lead to disqualification of candidature.
	How to apply	The application in Standard Form as prescribed in Part-IX of Assam Gazette should be addressed to the "Deputy Commissioner, Karimganj, P.O. P.S. & Dist. Karimganj, Assam, Pin-code-788710 is to be submitted. The candidates may deposit/submit the application at the R.K. Branch located at the 2nd floor of DC's Office, Karimganj during working days and hours or send by post as per the postal address as given above. Self attested copies of academic and RCCC certifieates, mark sheets, caste certifieate and other testimonials alongwith 2(two) copies of recent passport size coloured photograph and one self-addressed and stamped envelope of Rs.5/ (size:-25cm X 10cm) alongwith the application should be submitted in one envelope with the superscription on the top of the envelope "Application for the Post of Amin in DC s Office, Karimganj" and the "Category viz.UR/SC/ST(P)/ST(H)/OBC & MOBC"

The candidates who have applied earlier in response to advertisement made vide No. KRK.1/2008/Pt/56(A), dated 01/06/2009 and the process of recruitment of which could not be completed initially due to Court Case and subsequently owing to enforcement of model code of conduct of Assam Assembly Election, 2016 and whoseapplications are found to be valid, need not apply afresh.
