APPLICATION PROCESS: Advertisement and Application form is hoisted at www.aiimsbhubaneswar.edu.in. Application form can be downloaded from www.aiimsbhubaneswar.edu.in and www.mohfw.nic.in, and filled online at www.aiimsbhubaneswar.edu.in. The on-line filling up of application form will start on 2^nd September 2013 and will automatically close on 7^th October 2013 at 5.00 PM.

APPLICATION FEE: Application Fees: Application fees for General/OBC candidates is Rs 1000/-, fees for SC/ST candidates is Rs 300/-. No application fees for physically handicapped candidates. TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. All the posts carry usual allowances as admissible to Central Government Employees of similar status at Bhubaneswar.
   
   
2. Upper Age Limit: 50 (Fifty) years for all positions advertised. However, relaxable for Government Servants, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes or otherwise exceptionally qualified applicants up-to 5 years and 3 years in the case of Other Backward Classes candidates. Upper age limit will be taken as on closing date of submission of application.
   
   
3. The effective date up-to which the requisite experience must be completed will be 31.12.2013.
   
   
4. The candidate can submit applications online through internet only. Applications submitted/sent through postal services or otherwise shall not be entertained / accepted. The candidates must read the instructions, help manual and other details carefully before applying and follow the instructions given.
   
   
5. Separate application should be submitted for separate post along-with the prescribed fee for each post. A consolidated application each for more than one post will not be considered.

1. The applicants already in Government service/Autonomous Bodies/PSU shall have to produce NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from their present employer at the time of interview failing which his/her candidature will be rejected.

SITE OF INTERVIEW: Interviews will be held at AIIMS Bhubaneswar/New Delhi. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.

Up to 40% of posts of Professors will get Higher Administrative (HAG) scale subject to clearance of the prescribed process.
   
   
2. Additional Professor: Pay Band-4: Rs.37400-67000/-with Academic Grade Pay of Rs.9500/-(Plus NPA for medically qualified candidates only) with minimum Pay being Rs.46000/-and AGP of Rs.9500/-.

(H) OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The prescribed qualification is minimum and mere possessing the same does not entitle any candidate for selection.
   
   
2. The appointment is full time and private practice of any type is prohibited.
   
   
3. He/She is expected to conform to the rules of conduct and discipline as applicable to the institute employees.
   
   
4. The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law.
   
   
5. In case any information given or declaration by the candidate is found to be false of if the candidate has wilfully suppressed any material information relevant to this appointment, he/she will be liable to be removed from the service and any action taken as deemed fit by the appointing authority.
   
   
6. The decision of the competent authority regarding selection of candidates will be final and no representation will be entertained in this regard.
