RFCL, a Joint Venture of NFL, EIL & FCIL requires 7 number Consultants purely on contract basis for a period of six months extendable on need basis for a maximum period of 12 months at the sole discretion of Management for its Project Site at Ramagundam (Telangana) as per details given below: -

1. Eligibility Officers retired / retiring upto 30th April, 2019 (not below the level of Asst Manager E2 level i.e. Rs. 20600-46500 (old pay scale), Rs. 50000-160000 (revised pay scale), Candidate retired from private sector: CTC: Rs.11.58 lacs p.a. are eligible to apply (Documentary proof to be attached with the application);

2. Age: Should not be more than 65 years as on 20th May, 2019.

3. Experience Prospective candidate should have hands on experience of operation of a large Ammonia / Urea complex. The candidate should be well versed with safety aspects of the Ammonia / Urea Plant. Further candidate should have good track record of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of Ammonia/Urea Complex.

4. Professional fee: Incumbents will be engaged as Consultant purely on contract basis initially for a period of six months extendable on need basis on fixed consolidated monthly professional fee of Rs. 90,000/- inclusive of TDS, but excluding GST, as may be applicable plus free transit accommodation at Site including water and electricity, with no other benefits.

5. Place of work: The incumbents will be required to work at Ramagundam Project Site.

6. Responsibility: Incumbents will be responsible for carrying out all the pre-commissioning and commissioning of the Plant and subsequently required to assist in operation of the Plant till stabilization.

Incumbent may also be required to perform function of a Safety personnel, however, for safety functions, the candidate should have a valid Diploma in Industrial Safety from any recognised Regional Labour Institute.

7. Terms of engagement: The incumbent will be required to work in Shifts and General Shift as per timings prevalent in RFCL Project and will be eligible for one paid leave per month on pro-rata basis besides closed holidays as declared by the Company. No carry forward of leave is allowed in case of extension. Further No OT will be payable in case of late sitting required due to exigency of work as decided by the Reporting Officer.

Candidates coming from outstation for interview shall be paid to and fro 2nd class AC railway fare (No Rajdhani/Shatabdi) / bus fare by the shortest route on production of necessary receipts, etc.

Application on plain paper attaching therewith bio-data giving details in tabulated form together with self-attested copies of certificates regarding age, date of birth, qualifications, experience, including position held at the time of retirement, name of the employers with complete address, nature of duties, period of service, scale of pay, salary drawn, photograph duly affixed on application form should reach Chief Manager (P&HR) at the above address latest by 20th May, 2019. No. of positions may vary depending upon requirement at the time of interview.

Incomplete applications shall not be considered and no interim correspondence shall be entertained.
