ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE POST OF A PROJECT FELLOW/JRF IN IUAC RESEARCH PROJECT

Applications are invited for the position of a Junior Research Fellow/Project Fellow to work in the IUAC research project entitled Influence of high energy heavy ion irradiation on the resistive switching behavior of epitaxial transition metal oxide hetero-structures. The fellow is expected to work both at Panjab University, Chandigarh and at IUAC-Delhi. The selected fellow will also get opportunities to participate in various other experiments of the group. Appointment of the project fellow is temporary and co-terminus with the project.

Position: Junior Research Fellow/Project Fellow

Fellowship : (i) NET/GATE Qualified: Rs. 16,000/- p.m.

(ii) Non-GATE/Non-NET: Rs. 14,000/- p.m.

Qualification : M.Sc. in Physics with at least 55% marks for general category (50% in case of SC/ST/PH) with consistently good academic records having either a valid GATE score/ NET/qualified the Panjab University Ph.D. entrance test. Applicant should be below 40 year of age at the time of appointment.
