Advertisement for the Two Positions of JRF

Applications are invited from the interested candidates for two temporary positions of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under DST International Multi-Lateral Regional Cooperation Division sponsored BRICS Project entitled IWMM-BIS Integrated Water Management Model for BIS Countries Under Climate Change Scenarios bearing the sanction number BRICS/PilotCall2/IWMM-BIS/2018 (G). The Project is for a duration of 3 years.

Details of Qualifications, Emoluments and Duration are givenbelow:

Name and Number of the Positions	Junior Research Fellow (JRF) 2
Eligibility	B.Tech in Civil Engineering and M.Tech/ME/MS with specialization in Water Resources Engineering or Remote Sensing and GIS or equivalent degree with first class (at all levels). Candidates should have got admitted to M.Tech/ ME through GATE or the candidates should have a valid GATE score
Duration	3 Years
Salary	Rs. 31,000/- + Rs. 4,960/- (16 % HRA as per norms) per month for first 2 years Rs. 35,000/- + Rs. 5,600/- (16 % HRA as per norms) per month for third year The selected candidate opting campus accommodation, subjected to the availability, are not eligible for HRA.
Other Benefits	The selected candidates are eligible to register for PhD degree at NIT, Warangal as per institute rules.
Domain of research work	The selected candidates need to work for the development of integrated water management model for selected watersheds/catchments of Brazil, India and South Africa based on the climate data analysis of the study areas for the present and future scenarios.
