Applications are invited from eligible candidates for position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) post for

DSTECR sponsored research project titled Development of Differential Multimodal Spectral

Imaging system to detect foot sole risk areas in Diabetic patients (Ref No: ECR/2015/00016) in the

Department of Instrumentation and Control Engineering, National Institute of Technology,

Tiruchirappalli.

Temporary Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Number of post: One Essential qualification: M.E/ M.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Electronics, opto

electronic instrumentation, Embedded system, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Control & Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering with minimum of 65% marks or 7.5 CGPA from recognized University/ Institute

Salary (Consolidate): Rs. 25,000 per month for one year Duration of Project: 3 Years

Age Limit : 32 years
Job Description : 1. Develop GUI for real time acquisition and pseudo color mapping
2. Extensive Data collection on diabetic subject from the hospital
3. Testing and validate the performance of device with Std device
4. Relevant hardware and software Experience like optoelectronics system
Signal processing, GUI development application in Matlab, LabView
Important Note : VLSI specialization and Applied Electronics people are not eligible to apply.
