Qualification/Experience

:

IRSE Officer working in SAG with minimum 4 years service in SAG scale with experience in construction earthwork, bridges, track.

Officer working at E-8 level and having an experience of minimum 4 years in the grade in

PSUs under Ministry of Railways and having experience in construction earthwork, bridges, track.

Officer must have secured an overall grade of "Outstanding" in not less than any "3 out of 5" preceding Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) / Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APARs) and of the remaining two ACRs / APARs, the candidate should not have had a grading of less than "Very Good".

The job requirement will include preparation of bids and tenders and execution of projects at various project sites.

Relevant extensive experience and requisite knowledge in the same field.

The number of years of experience and nature of experience of the officer in the specific area as per requirement will be taken into consideration.

Officer should have good communication skills.

Overall, an officer with a good mix of all of the above shall be preferred for selection.

The state of Maharashtra WDFC, a project of National importance is being funded by JICA and under regular monitoring at PMO level. Ircon as a partner with M/s MITSUI & Co., Japan & M/s. TATA Project Ltd., Hyderabad has entered into consortium called 'EFC' with mutual understanding with other partners of EFC, the CTP-12 package from Sachin to Vaitarna (186 KMs) running mostly parallel to group 'A' route of Delhi-Mumbai is being executed by Ircon International Limited. Services of incumbent is required for proper execution and timely completion of the project.

Incumbent will be over all incharge for CTP-12 package (project coordinator). He will be acting as EFC representative responsible for taking all decisions on behalf of EFC, interaction with Mitsui & Co.,Japan , DFCCIL & PMC.
