Central University of Jharkhand, Ranchi is looking for Research Assistants, Accounts Assistant/Clerical Assistant for the Centre for Endangered Languages (CFEL), on contract basis initially for one (01) year as per the following details. These posts are purely temporary under a scheme of the University Grants Commission entitled Establishment of Centres for Endangered Languages in Central Universities.

			1) M.A in Linguistics / Indigenous Culture Studies/ Tribal Studies/
			Culture Studies/ Mass Communication/ Education/ Any Social Science discipline with additional Education training course with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point based scale wherever grading system is followed) Desirable: (i) Knowledge of Mother tongue education/ Multilingual Education/ Primary text book preparation (ii) Knowledge of Audio-visual documentation

			(iii) Knowledge of any Tribal Languages of Jharkhand (ii) Experience in working with minority/tribal community Of Jharkhand (iv) Working knowledge of Hindi

			management and computer.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The above posts are not a regular employment and do not entitle any privileges or benefits of regular employment.

2. The tenure of engagement of the above posts are initially for a period of one year which may be extended subject to satisfactory performance of the incumbent and existence of the project.

3. Age relaxation is permissible to SC/ST/OBC candidates and also physically handicapped candidates as notified by the Govt. of India from time to time.

4. The date for determining the upper age limit, qualifications and experience shall be counted as on the date for walk interview.

5. The University reserves the right to cancel the entire recruitment process at any time without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

6. No correspondence will be entertained with the candidates not selected for appointment. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.

7. Misrepresentation or falsification of facts detected at any stage of the selection process or instances of misconduct/misbehavior at any stage during selection process shall result in cancellation of candidature without any notice and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.

Interview Venue: Central University of Jharkhand, Brambe, Ranchi.

Interested eligible candidates shall appear in the Selection Committee as per the above schedule with all original certificates and other testimonials along with two photographs, signed copy of the detailed biodata and a set of self-attested photocopies of all the supporting documents at the time of interview.

No TA/DA will be admissible.
