Application Requirements for Field Investigators

Essential: Applicants are required to hold a Post-Graduate Degree with minimum 55% in

Economics/ Commerce /Management/Statistics.

Desirable:

1. Experience in the Skill of collecting & creating database with accuracy and basics of data analysis.
   
   
2. He/ she should be able to communicate in English/Hindi/Punjabi
   
   

Work Description: Prospective Field Investigators are required to assist in the project

work, field visits and data collection. Candidates should be highly motivated and

demonstrate a flair for team work along with commitment and sincerity at the work place.

Honorarium: As per ICSSR guidelines (not exceeding Rs. 1,000 per day to Research/Field Investigator) subject to a maximum of 12000/-p.m. (not exceeding 6 months).

No TA and DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.

Duration: The duration shall be of 6 months beginning from the date of joining or till the completion of the project whichever is earlier. However, initial appointment will be for the duration of two months, extendable to full duration based on the performance in the first two months.
