Applications are invited for following post (s) on contract basis in project entitled Social Impact Assessment for proposed acquisition of 0.66 acres of land for up-gradation of Chandigarh Airport (Installing Category III-B Instruction Landing System for two months or till the completion of project whichever is earlier. 1. Research Associate (one post) Essential qualifications: i) M.A/M.Sc. in Anthropology or allied subjects with minimum 55% marks for General category candidates (50% in case of SC/ST candidates) with a Ph.D degree*. *Note: The candidates who have submitted his/her thesis and have Experience/ First Hand knowledge about SIA project are also eligible for the post. ii) The age of candidate should be below 40 years Desirable qualifications: i) The candidate should possess knowledge of field work and report writing and must be willing to conduct independent field work/data collection. ii) Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge of Punjabi language. Fellowship: 48,000/-per month (consolidated)
   
   
2. Research Investigator (one post) Essential qualifications: i) M.A/M.Sc. in Anthropology or allied subjects with minimum 55% marks for General category candidates (50% in case of SC/ST candidates). ii) The age of candidate should be below 40 years Desirable qualifications: i) The candidate should possess knowledge of field work and must be willing to conduct independent field work/data collection. ii) Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge of Punjabi language. Fellowship: 36,000/-per month (consolidated)
