Essential Qualifications:

Ph.D in any field of Science/Engineering with proven knowledge of IPRs.

OR

M.Tech. / M.E /M. Sc. with Degree/ Diploma/Certificate Course in IPRs.

OR

B. Tech. / B.E. with Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate Course in IPRs and one year of work experience in the field of IPR.

2. Age: Less than 40 years

Desirable:

i.	Exposure to STI Policy-2013 of India.
ii.	Knowledge of search engines and softwares like InPASS, Espacenet, Patentscope, Sigma
	Plot, SPSS Statistics, CorelDRAW, WordPress, Photoshop, etc.
