For a Project entitled "Mobile Telemedicine Project for Wayanad (P-5345)

1. Qualification & Experience: 1) Heavy Vehicle License holder (Essential) 2) Willingness to reside in Wayanad district for the project period.

3) Willingness to travel extensively, especially in the tribal areas, in Wayanad district during the project period

3. Consolidated Remuneration ~18,000/-pm
   
   
4. Tenure of Appointment One year or till completion of the project, whichever is earlier
   
   
5. Brief Job Description :The Driver shall be posted in each of the two tele-medicine vans to monitor vehicle status, drive to the PHC/CHCs in Wayanad district, and assist the medical team in setting up the van and site for tele-consultation. The vehicle maintenance and safety shall also be entrusted to this person.
   
   

The driver should have an understanding of the tribal community and should be willing to work side by side with them as tribal welfare is the prime focus of the project. He/she should maintain cordial relationships with the co-workers, the hospital staff and the public as well. The vehicles will be operating from the old General Hospital compound in Kalpetta.
