Advertisement for the post of JRF

Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Govt. of India funded project entitled as "Development of 1-D nanomaterials based selective sensor system for non-invasive detection of complication of diabetes mellitus and asthma by breath analysis technique" under the supervision of Dr. Arnab Hazra, Dept. of Electrical & Electronics Eng, BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus, Rajasthan. This is an excellent opportunity to work in frontier areas of nanomaterial based devices. Deserving JRF may be considered for PhD program at BITS-Pilani if he/she meets the requirements of PhD qualification process as per the institute norms.

Duration of the project: 3 years.

Fellowship: Rs. 31,000 p.m. for first two years and Rs. 35,000 p.m. for third year.

Essential qualification: ME/M.Tech in Electronic Devices, Nano/microelectronics or equivalent area with first class (60%) marks. M. Sc. in Physics, Chemistry or in related areas with first class (60%) marks may also apply.

Desirable qualification: Passing of GATE/NET (JRF/LS) equivalent test with practical research experiences in microelectronics laboratory will be given preference.
