JRF Position Available in BITS-UVA Joint Research Project

Applications are invited for the posts of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the following project under the supervision of Prof. Rajiv Gupta, Department of Civil Engineering, BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus, Pilani.

Title of the Project: Costs and remediation of groundwater contamination in India. Candidate is supposed to collect the water from villages, Various water quality tests in lab/ field, design of water filters, distribution, monitoring, and maintenance of filters, iodine check in salt, etc. Funding Agency: University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA, USA

Essential Qualification: Higher Degree In Environment/ Infrastructure or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering /Chemical Engineering/ Biotechnology/Chemistry or related discipline.

Fellowship: Rs. 25,000/-pm
