JRF/SRF Position: Applications are invited for one (1) post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work for SERB funded project entitled, Multiscale modelling of noncarbon nanomaterials and their reinforced polymer composite materials and structures

Duration: Three years

Nature of work: Computer simulation using finite element method and molecular dynamics. Proper lab space and efficient workstation will be provided to the candidate.

Essential Qualification(s): M.E/M.Tech. or equivalent degree in Design Engineering/Applied Mechanics/Mechanical Engineering (with at least 60% marks or first class or equivalent). Candidates should have sound knowledge of strength of materials, mechanical vibrations and machine design. He/She should be self-motivated for pursing Ph.D.

Emoluments: Rs. 31,000/- per month for first two years, Rs. 35000/- per month for the third year.

PhD Registration: Selected candidate need to register for Ph.D at our institute as per rules and regulations of BITS Pilani, K.K. Birla Goa Campus.
