1. Qualification & Experience : MSc Physics (First class) with NET qualification

(Essential) OR M Tech in Biomedical Engineering/Image Processing/ Signal Processing/Computer Science and Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering 2. Qualification &Experience : One Year experience in medical image processing, (Desirable) particularly, MR Image processing and MR Physics. Experience in using the following programs:MATLAB ITK (Insight Tool Kit) Snap Software, FSL Software, SPM (Statistical Parametric Modelling), MEDI(Morphology Enabled Dipole Inversion) and Radiant DICOM Viewer. Experience with coding in Ubuntu and MATLAB. 3. Age Limit as on 31/01/2019 : 35 Years 4. Number of vacancies : 1 (ONE) 5. Consolidated Remuneration : Rs.25,000/- + 20% HRA pm 6. Tenure of appointment : One Year (Extendable) or till completion of the project, whichever is earlier. 7. Brief Job Description : Acquiring and post processing of the MR images

acquired which involves usage of the software mentioned in the above section, drawing of ROIs (Regions of interest) in MR images, creation of Masked R2 star map images from p files, Manual Segmentation of ROIs, quantitative susceptibility mapping (QSM), data management, co-ordinating the study and patient visits. 8.
